Every Wednesday 7-8pm we run an outdoor boot camp style session …. which is a workout designed to be challenging but achievable by all levels . The sessions vary in their content and can include circuits, boxing, body weight training , running and sometimes the obstacles – just to raise the bar 😉
We have all ages and abilities, so don’t be put off if your new to fitness – the team spirit will push you through and you will leave tired but happy…..with a buzz to come back for more !
